Oh please - Magda Olivero debuted at the Met at 65 years old and brought the house down. Who cares about the number of years if the voice is still carried by the artistry.

She's the 'darling of the Met' but she's no Tosca. Too old-sorry Karita but you are. As always Karita is a performer ideal for radio. Her voice has passion-her acting is not=perhaps its her inherent coldness in whatever she does. A very poor production and even Alvarez looked bored.
