Hi, I am assembling a tromso full size loft bed now, and am having problems attaching the side board with the head board. The screw seem to be too short for the pole holes? Also the thick tube thingy is too big, won't go into the pole hole?

@EdwardWuDDS Sounds like a defect or you're using the wrong screws. As I recall, there are fat and skinny pairs. Sorry, I don't work for IKEA, I only developed this as a demo for them, but hope you get it figured out.

Sorry for the delayed response, it's a Tromoso Bed from IKEA.

By "thick tube thingy" I mean the bolt where the screw goes inside. it is bigger than the hole on the headboard, thus impossible to attach it with the side bar?
