This video was created for my Govt 490 class at GMU. The video is about public policy and cars. Clearly you can see that I think it is absurd that there are people who spend all their time and money on cars when they are broke! Although it would be a violation of our rights to have regulation that prevents people to waste their money on items such as these...there has to be some way that people can realize that their time and money can be spent more wisely.
