The DCO World Heavyweight Championship is without a doubt the most coveted title in all of CAW. A laundry list of wrestling legends of both the past and the future make up its lineage. And six of the very best former champions will step inside the Elimination Chamber for the chance to hold it once more.

At CAWllision 5 in one of the worst matches in CAW history, Bella Swan triumphed over Art Fistmouth to win her third DCO World title. However, whether or not Fistmouth was truly the champion going into the star studded mega event is up for debate...because there's no proof that Fistmouth ever actually beat the previous champion, David Hart Smith, to earn the title.

Both men will have the chance to redeem themselves, as this elimination chamber will prove without a shadow of a doubt who the undisputed DCO World Heavyweight Champion really is.
