This song was written in response to the actions of the Chigago police and reactions from the crowds of protesters at the DNC IN '68. True, many musical artists were invited to attend, and only Crosby & Nash went from this "socially concious"group. Ron Kovac (the injured marine from "Born On The 4th of July") was still in a VA hospital. He attended the 1972 RNC convention in Miami and was subsquently arrested for disturbing the peace and inciting a riot. I liked your video, just the same>

Fucking state puppets. If they work for an unfair system they can only expect what's coming to them. Direct action is the only solution, not lame assed protest.
