Phillipsburg, NJ Mercer St. Shenanigans 11/6/10 ~arrest of one vandal

On 11/6/10 the local hooligans vandalized at least 6 cars ON THE BLOCK THEY LIVE ON! This video was recorded using ambient light as the mental/moral midgets ran from the owners of the cars they vandalized. The dummies didn't realize that, eventually, they would have to come home into the awaiting bracelets of the Phillipsburg, NJ PD. Recorded on November 6, 2010 using a Flip Video camcorder.

White male in the "wife-beater" T-shirt was involved in the vandalism and is about to be arrested. He is shown here giving up his friends. His buddy didn't seem happy. LMAO.
