These are 1156-x24 (amber) LED rear turn signals with CF13GL-02 LED load flasher unit, and 1157-xLX5 (red) LED brake lights. Signals are cycled first to show speed and bulb lighting, and then brake lights are cycled and then held to show brightness, light-up speed, and steady illumination (no flicker). All parts were purchased from superbrightleds.com.
@MassivePerformance29 I don't know if you need them, as I have no experience with F150s, but the electronic flasher replaces your standard turn signal flasher to adjust for the lower resistance of the LED lights. Without it, the new LED turn signals will flash very rapidly in some vehicles. Load resistors are wired in-line with the lights, to make the total resistance on the system similar to that of an incandescent bulb.

i just order some for my ford f150 tailights. but wat are the electronic LED flashers and load resistor kits?????? do i need them?

No, the spoiler mounted light is not illuminating, as I have removed the spoiler completely, but in stock configuration both the spoiler mounted and the window mounted brake lights illuminate simultaneously.

Are both the high-mounted spoiler brake light and rear window brake light illuminating? I have an 06 GTO but I'm not sure how these are supposed to work. Thanks.

All I needed for the turn signals to work properly was the CF13GL-02 LED load flasher unit. It just plugs in place of the factory turn signal flasher unit, no resistors required.
However, replacing the brake/taillights will require a resistor, because cruise control and/or traction control will not work with the lights on, then.

did you have to use a resistor or was it in the bulb already?
