@WitzlawTN yes, but not enough evidence for a conviction. once your asked for a "road side" test, your chances are very high for an arrest.

I understand the perspective here, and I'm not necessarily looking to disagree (I'm not in a position to comment re.: TX or OK state law), but wouldn't a refusal to submit to a field sobriety test alone be viewed as probable cause for an arrest?
