I think the movie was alright but yeah could've been better if it explained Sinestro's turn and if it had more action and much better than X-Men First Class.

A Comic Movie should captivate the common fan, some would say dumb down, Green Lantern just is just to niche to truly get over and with a 20 Million Dollar profit on something that cost 200 no studio is foolish enough to gamble with it again

i'm a huge fan of green lantern and the comics, and it was one of the most disappointing things i've seen seen

To be honest it was an ok movie, I know I enjoyed it. Most people I've talked to about it liked it as well. Its been criticized heavily and all these people hating on it because they think it's cool to hate on stuff (the hate bandwagon I guess). In all honesty all of you here hating on it probably enjoyed it and don't want to admit it because you've been conditioned to hate on stuff when it's popular to do so.

@gheo9670 It was pretty awful, but I think they just saw what they wanted to see, not what was actually there...either that or their minds disconnected as soon as they went into the theater.
