Great video!
We just paddled around Monroe and Sheep's island from Owls Head harbour, I highly recommend it if your in the area.

great video what type of camera and set up were you using?

I used a GoPro HD Helmet Hero camera. It's a new camera and I am still learning it, but am happy with it so far!
