@TheRiskTaker Ummm... Not really. @jimmy5621 was right. There are only 3 basic bodies. 89s are EXACTLY like the 88 models. Nothing had been changed from the previous model year since Nissan was about to begin production of the new models. The SS was a special edition 1988 turbo model. All 87-89 models look the same (except the special Euro chin spoiler on the SS). z31.com if you really want to know more about them.

I've got a 280zxt and 300zx and I hate them. They forced me to become a mechanic. I spend more time working on them then driving them. I despise poor engineering. Not enough clearance to get your tools in there. Fuel injectors get clogged, they're not that fast and by now all that luxury crap has died and is dead weight. Think I'm going to get rid of them and get me a Habeyusa, a Habeyusa is everything the Zcar should of been. I love my Honda Rebel tho, 25 years old, 70mpg and reliable!

I have an 86 and I love it. Although i am going to spend about 6 times what I paid for it to get it back to factory fresh.

And the 86 had the spoiler standard on the turbos and the NA versions where the other production years only had it on the turbo models.
