Yeah, the real problem is that we have several thousands "Hanks" in this town. All Hanks claim that if I kiss other Hank's ass, they'll beat the shit out of me. I must think that only one Hank will reward me and save me from beating if I kiss his ass. It's also possible that all Hanks are liars.

Their rules complicate and many of their claims doesn't make sense so I rather save my lips and think all Hanks are liars.
