White Nationalist movement and Racism is growing in Australia. Hundreds of white racist Australians attacked indiscriminately the Lebanese and Middle Eastern people. The White Australia policy never dies. This is the worst hate crime in the world in the 2000s. No more racists!

2005年12月11日、シドニーのクロヌラビーチで白人による人種差別暴動が発生し た。ビーチには5000人以上の白人が集まり、Aussie Prideと叫び、人種差別的な歌を歌うなど緊張が高まった。彼らは国旗を持ち、豪州 のＴシャツを着るなどし、ビーチは白人のものだと主張。暴徒化した数百人の白人が中東 系移民を無差別に襲撃した。この事件は豪州に白豪主義(White Australia policy)が根強く残ることを浮き彫りにした。1996年に、白人至上主義者(w hite supremacist)ポーリン・ハンソン(Pauline Hanson)を国会に送り込んだ民意もこの暴動と無関係ではない。この集団暴行事件 で豪州の人種差別は、新たな局面を迎えたといえる。この暴動で数十名が負傷、数十名が 逮捕され、100台以上の車両が破壊された。

1分10秒頃の「AUSSIES FIGHTING BACK!」(オージーたちよ、反撃せよ！)という青いポスターは、白人至上主義団体 Patriotic Youth Leagueが配布したもの。

今年の6月、マルコム・ターンブル(Malcolm Turnbull)環境相が、商業捕鯨をめぐる日本政府の対応に対して「子供じみたか んしゃく」と批判した上で「母親というのは、子供がかんしゃくを起こせばそれがかんし ゃくだと認識するものだ。」と発言。このような台詞は白人至上主義抜きには出てきよう がない。これがマルチカルチャリズム（多民族・多文化政策）を標榜する豪州の姿である 。
