  • BEAUTIFUL creatures! my friends got one thats been in its cocoon for weeks. he thought it was dead but he opened it up and it moved. could this be cos its been in a warm room the last few days from the cold room it was in? could it have stayed alive for months if its cold then 'hatch' once its warm enough? i dont know anything about them.

  • I think the moon moth is prettier than the luna moth. Just a personal preference, although both are definitely royalty in the bug world.

  • you can call this species a cousin of the luna moth.

  • wow, great timelapse!

  • Nice!

  • That was amazing!

  • Absolutely beautiful!!! /KD
