Your voice sounds just like Dennis Quaid.

I totally agree with the aluminum / leakage theory. If your leads corrode, you have explosive gas leaking into the work environment which is a greater problem, in theory, anyhow.

There's HHO drycells... and then, there are bionic HHO drycells. If you don't believe me, ask Steve Austin.

This is a awesome project!
What a geek I must be, I'm so anticipating the run test. It is like the next sago in the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy is coming out.
One thing I can not see is how those 7 cells are in series, but im sure I'll figure it out. It looks like parallel but im sure im missing something. Cant wait Thanks Larry

I wish I had your research budget...lol
Love the work very nice build.
Cant wait to see her rip..

OMG what a mother!
i understand the voltage distribution now.....
just hope that the gaskets dont leak in some awkward place where you cant retighten the stack beause of those alu spacers holding it apart.......
cheeers!

Simply amazing! Fantastic work! Looks like fun! Thanks for sharing! ~Russ

Thanks for the kind words Larry! I think the improvements made now are going to make a significant difference.

It looks practical for industrial purposes - like in the back of a pick-up truck tool box or a semi-trucks battery box. Very nice heavy duty design. It looks like it could last a long time - lots of abuses - sometimes an over-built machine can be the best way to go. I wouldn't want a cheap Chinese built cell in my car. I would gladly pay double for a cell that is safer and stronger and will out last a cheap one.

@mrnewagemotor This is not designed for automotive use. Simply for research into effeciency. That is all.

yes parallel cells wired in series, this was done as a comparison with series cells very early on. I blew 3 different arrays up using jar systems, boy werent those the days
That thing is a monster cell man. HUGE!!! And a huge pipe organ to go with it too! way cool. Toss in some magic juice, and see what happens. For short term use AL is just fine, just watch amperage and heat from amp flow, short of that, its great

@d3adp001 Thanks D3, The magic juice would have already been in progress. I just could not get my last device to stop leaking. I will be in touch. The plan is still on! That is if you are still on. I just could not justify the expense if the results were not accurate.
