Pants Exploded - Nuka Grenade

This room is the first one you come into; there's a glitch where the Ghoul wastelanders that the Enclave torched will resurrect upon exiting, waiting three in-game days for the cell to reset, and re-entering the facility, although I can't guarantee that it'll work for everyone.

Anyway, I have a little bit of fun with a nuka grenade.
