Black Rain Something gets lost in the translation

In Japan, Detectives Nick and Charlie have brought back a notorious Yakuza member who they apprehended in the United States. Unfortunately for Nick and Charlie, they handed over that member back to the Yakuza and not the Tokyo Police Department. Now tension and anger is running high. Here, Nick says some unkind words to officer Masahara. Charlies tries to translate but we think something got lost in translation.
