Metroid Prime 2 Echoes: Part 40 (Torvus Energy Controller)

Welcome to part 40 of my Metroid Prime 2 Echoes Walkthrough. I will be starting a lot of my videos from the save point, or before the next major event.

--Green blast doors are now accessible since they can easily be taken down with a super missile. Time to do the usual here and listen to the testament of this Luminoth Sentinel here.

A-Voq looks like quite the warrior himself. Shame he had to fall in battle. 'Course we're going to have to collect the dark temple keys again and A-Voq also warns us of the waters of Dark Aether. Translator module has also been updated so we can now access emerald doors!

In the nearby lore, it will tell us the Luminoth's discovery of Dark Aether.
We can now access that elevator we pass in Torvus Temple.

Ugh I always hated how they put a grenchler in such a narrow hallway lol.

Another lore to read down there that tells of the Luminoth's creation of Light rods and their need for stronger weapons.

An easy Missile expansion to get here underneath the door! Towards Torvus Grove, we'll meet with real unpossessed pirate commandos! These guys are much easier to defeat, super missiles will send them off their feet!

Defeating them will release the locks on the doors.

just one last thing, in your walkthrough, by the time you went into sancturary, had you already went to mining station B to get the misle upgrade and darkburst? it was the place in agon waste that was next to the temple, and required the 5-shot missle (purple door).

i think im caught up now unless ive gotten missle expansions you havnt gotten at that point. thanks again :)

BTW thank you for the awesome walkthrough, i was 15 missiles behjind since i caught it in the middle but, im catching up on another speedrun walkthrough though yours is better. .

and since you so kindly replied to me, i was able to find this video again easily to pick up where i left off :) thanks again!
