Wrong again ,all the empty houses will be rentals.
Section 8's will be good.

RE will bottom in 2015 to 2018.RE (apts) are overbuilt like all RE.
So everyone should become a slumlord?
The days of easy financing via banks for the small guy is over.
The big guys like him will be winner take all.
RE investing is so last decade.
Believe all this if you want,
Kyosaki is all giddy about silver now.
HUGE apt complex next to me is half empty for 5 to 10 years. I live in the skin baking belt.(FL) ,So im not in Detroit.
