hola gracias tambien! he descubierto algo bastante interesante mas alla de las religiones... con pranayama toda pronunciacion de nombres es efectiva me entiende? ese es mi descubrimiento mi concentracion por medio de la respiracion produce lo q quiero. incluso veo a buda, krishna, jesus todos ellos me acompañan. he pensado q mi llamado para despertarlos a ellos es muy necesario. tambien encontre al galgallim el guia unicornio. ya se lo envie a ud. fijese q esta cerca suyo. gracias.

Hands doing things on there own are not mudras. Mudras are specific for specific purposes. Christianity is one of the clueless traditions.

Follow your heart then the mudras will happen naturally without any need of training. Let me first say that I love all religions that are trying to find the Truth. When in worship and listening to the songs in my church, my hands start doing things on their own. It surprises me, the hand gestures change. Why in the Buddhist path are mudras forced out. They are not given to you naturally. Is this a form of magic spell? Why or why not?
