NVIDIA PhysX Lab is used to generate a partially destructible brick wall with an indestructible back so that game play doesnt change. The front of the brick wall is fully destructible. PhysX Lab is used to simulate the destruction in the playground. This is followed by an in-game example using the partially destructible brick wall to show the enhanced gaming experience.
@snipemdowntk yes it could, but bfbc2 wasnt real time destruction it was dynamic physics which means that no matter how you hit the wall it will always break and fall the same way; it was animated.

This is most impressive. But what I want from destruction in games is not just superficial destruction, but the undoing of walls and buildings, as seen in Red Faction: Guerrilla.
