Jennifer Gratz, who sued the University of Michigan over their affirmative action policy and led the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative to ban affirmative action in Michigan, spoke at Michigan State University on November 13, 2008. The Young Americans for Freedom chapter there hosted her speech.

There are no negative stereotypes about you. People who have black sounding names are less likely to get a job than a person with a white sounding name. It is the same for houses too. 70% of whites do drugs but only 10% of them go to jail for it. While 13% and 15% Black sand Hispanics, respectively, do drugs but they are in jail 90% of the time. Until we can live in a world where there is no racial injustice or negative stereotypes, that is when affirmative action is not needed.

She deserves not only your respect but also your gratitude. The University of Michigan was using blatantly racist criteria in its admissions, which is both illegal and immoral. It is Americans like her that keep the spirit of the US Constitution alive.
And she is a hottie too. Do I smell envy here?
