sadly Kira shut off the nuclear reactor... and Shinn didn't miss, technically he aimed right because he aimed where most cockpits where installed but the Freedom and Justice, along with their upgraded versions, have cockpits that are just above the usual area

@darkshadowryan Shira noticed how kira disabled rather than killed all of his opponents. if an enemy can't harm you, then you don't have to worry about them.
