How To Chinese Cooking Eps 4: Egg Fried Rice
Hi Guys,
this is a SUPER easy and fast recipe for singles and college students. you're also using left over stuff so it's perfect for whipping up that last minute meal with stuff you probably already have sitting around the fridge.
Ingredients:
2 eggs(beaten)
left over rice(amount can vary) I used 1 1/4 cup of raw rice cooked and left over
1/8 cup of chives or scallions
pinch of black pepper
1/8 cup of soy sauce
2 links of smoked chicken and apple sausage diced (can be substituted)

wearing:
jacket: H&M
pink top: H&M
nails: badly chipped chinaglaze lemon fizz
