This is a very special option select. Here you option select a jump. This is how you do it:
Neutral throw, dash twice, jump and divekick at the angle Im showing there (this is different from the angle vs Bison) and input a forward jump. Basically the cpu will "auto correct your jump" allowing Rufus to track cammy when she goes the other way. so remember, always Option select forward jump, is actually quite easy, just input the jump at the same time the Divekick would hit and there you go.
The jump itself doesnt punish anything , but it leaves you at the correct range to j.HP her into your favorite combo of choice. This is the list of what I was doing as Cammy:
1-. Backdash
2-. Forward dash
3-. Cannon Spike (DP)
4-. EX cannon spike
5-. EX spin knuckle
6-. Regular spin knuckle = loses
7-. EX spiral arrow = loses
8-. Regular Spiral arrow = gues what...loses
