im no italian, but Italy play so freakin amazing, one touch passing..very beautiful football..even the great and soon to be fifa player c.ronaldo cant stop the italian

italy will be favourites for euro 2008 no question but portugal really need to use this match as experience. they can do so much better but some adjustments need to be made in the team, defense being the priority. we have excellent players in midfield and upfront but defense and goal keeper are questionable. very disappointed with the result but italy played really well and are always strong. i honestly thought it would be a draw like 1-1 or 2-2 but the best team won on the night.

i don't know why scolari keeps selecting bruno alves. for me this player is useless and should not be on the first team. he was responsible for 2 of italy's goals. our defence is not as strong as before but i would defeinately not player bruno alves. ricardo is like that. he can have a brilliant game and then like this. anyways, this was a wake up call for portugal.
