In the dense jungles of Jamboti region and on the river Mahadaye, also known as Mandovi in Goa, this beautiful waterfall drops from a height of about 200 feet. The trek, to & fro, is of about 7 kms, most of it through the rocky riverbed involving a lot of boulder hopping. Bears, Bison, Wild Boars and reptiles dominated this patch of the jungle. Mahadaye always has flowing water, be it peak summer.
