If I hadn't just "played along" and tried this short little routine, I would have never believed I'd feel anything. I'm shocked, just a few minutes of concentrated abs work, good pacing, no let up, and I could feel the muscles. It's been a couple weeks now, and yeah... there's definitely toned muscle there now. Great video!

thanks so much for posting this it seems like hard work and even though i have not that much fat to reduce i definetely want to tone so i will definetely try it!!seems very motivating as well :)

... Oh and I'm not getting dry mouth for any stupid reason. I know how to breathe properly while working out. I guess I'm just one of the unlucky ones. haha

Some people that work out tend to get dry mouth. Special chewing gums are sold at sporting good stores to help those people salivate while being active. It's not a comfortable feeling to have a dry mouth while being active because the throat starts to get dry and breathing can get difficult. Yeah drinking water may sound like a simple solution but it doesn't always help. I know from experience. Chew gum at your own risk... especially while being active!
I just saw this for the first time and I cannot BELIEVE that's me! I have come a long way since this video thanks to Chris. He helped me regain confidence and accomplish my weight loss goals. Chris is the BEST. If you want to change your body do his routines, they really work!

Ok here is how you can jack right into the video. Of course you gotta take out the dot come and replace it with a period ".".
I am going to be offering my ab programs as a downloadable audio file. That means you can take me to the gym and do a good workout. The time ranges from 4minutes to almost 10 minutes of abs.
