    Ok here is how you can jack right into the video. Of course you gotta take out the dot come and replace it with a period ".".

    I am going to be offering my ab programs as a downloadable audio file. That means you can take me to the gym and do a good workout. The time ranges from 4minutes to almost 10 minutes of abs.

  • If I hadn't just "played along" and tried this short little routine, I would have never believed I'd feel anything. I'm shocked, just a few minutes of concentrated abs work, good pacing, no let up, and I could feel the muscles. It's been a couple weeks now, and yeah... there's definitely toned muscle there now. Great video!

  • ... Oh and I'm not getting dry mouth for any stupid reason. I know how to breathe properly while working out. I guess I'm just one of the unlucky ones. haha

  • Some people that work out tend to get dry mouth. Special chewing gums are sold at sporting good stores to help those people salivate while being active. It's not a comfortable feeling to have a dry mouth while being active because the throat starts to get dry and breathing can get difficult. Yeah drinking water may sound like a simple solution but it doesn't always help. I know from experience. Chew gum at your own risk... especially while being active!
