Part 1 of Video: Entrepreneurship as a Career Choice
Ups and Downs of Starting a Business
Upon being a young entrepreneur, I had a good amount of successes, however I allowed myself to get a mentality that there will never be a down period in my business. I think that if you want to be an entrepreneur for your living, you must enjoy the ups, but always prepare for the downs.
No stock goes up forever, and although you hope you never have slow quarters, you want to never regret not preparing for them.

Choosing Which Business to Start
As an entrepreneur, you must understand that whatever business you start, you are going to be married to. I always say that the majority of your time as a young or more experienced entrepreneur is going to be dedicated to your business and you must love what you do.
When I started my recruiting firm http://www.kasplacement.com, I had to spend 18 hour days making sure that I would make a footprint as a young entrepreneur and would have the ability to make entrepreneurship as realistic career choice.
