I agree with george bush hasn't gave shit but far as Bill Gates he has a scholarship program for inner city black youth 25 million dollar scholarship money and it pays for a kid's full tutition and room and board for 4years to an accredited 4 year college of your chose in the united states, i know i received that scholarship 5 years ago only thing you have to do is have a 3.0 gpa and right and 500 word essay on your career path and why you choose that path.
