So, the Board is hoping that the public school students DO NOT take advantage of the money set aside for tutoring so that they can give the money back to the private schools! They are moving millions of dollars from the employee benefit funds until they get the used public school titile money back. What if the public school kids DO avail themselves of the programing? Who will pay for the deficit of employee benefit funds? The District has less than 1.5 million in reserves!
