This is the first video I've seen where it was very obvious, at least to me, that most of the cops were quite frightened. They know that not only are they vastly outnumbered but, also, that the people are on the right moral side. The ONLY reason that the police are not overrun by the people is that there is still a societal desire for general law and order...there is still some respect for the uniform of the police. But, that respect can turn on a dime. The public will take only so much.

This is an awesome series! You're doing a great service keeping us couch-sitters informed! The movement is moving up here in Canada tomorrow! Shaping up to be an international phenomenon! :D

@mikieginokc1 Though I sympathize with these people that have put sincere efforts into finding employment; your last line however, says it all. Those rich fucks have left our country and have taken their manufacturing with them thanks to the constant government regulatory agencies interference and mandates. Most of these regulatory rules were demanded by the liberal progressive fucks just like those that are now complaining there are no jobs. Hope you're all happy now!

Much respect to you my friend for staying as long as you have... you must be exhausted!

@MsWanderer1 you are not paying attention, these are people who have tried to find work, but nobody offers jobs with benefits, no pensions for our old age, no health insurance for our kids; Wal Mart employees are on food stamps and Medicaid, that means Wal Mart is stealing by forcing the tax base to provide basic needs for its employees while keeping the profit. THIS IS WRONG! These rich fucks should be forced by law to provide jobs with full benefits or get the fuck out of the country.

The power of the people to change the course of history, coupled with open media, will succeed. Can we agree that it is a human right to have the housing, food, education, transportation, and health care we need to live. How about all five, free for all, provided by the cooperative whole; why not? Large resources like streets and buildings are the property of all, private property is how you fill your home, wear on your back, or carry in your hands. Then build smart city, grow food etc there

@drfoxcourt "2nd Amendment"
Unfortunately, our "leaders" have been gutting our rights for a while. The 4th amendment is now a hollow shell of what it used to be, for example.
"shotgun"
Yeah, I've heard about the Tea Party rallies where people made it a point to bring their guns.
This was one of your best videos. It was one of the first where I thought something was actually happening and not just a bunch of hippies getting together to complain about "the man". I'm not for everything this protest represents, but I am for people having the right to protest in a peaceful manner. Good job to all those involved.

@RealityFoundNet "not for everything this protest represents"
That makes two of us. I've seen a few signs calling for the end of capitalism, etc. I'm with Jesse LaGreca on this one: I want a government that works properly. If we had that, then we could find out what our collective will really is. Seems like getting the money out of our political system is the best way to start down that road.

I hate to be a cynic, but isn't the "the whole world is watching" more for when the cops actually start beating people up? I mean, if you use it any time you think they just might, isn't that diluting it a bit? Plus, (this sounds bad, I know) it doesn't really have the same media value as when it's being screamed in the face of actual abuse. If the cops aren't beating people merely because they can't get away with it this time, how does that change anything? Callous, I know.

@thebigJ1er "isn't that diluting it a bit"
Quite possibly. I've made my share of complaints about the cereal-box nature of many of our chants. I think perhaps that "the whole world is watching" has become a reflex reaction for many of us, hoping to prevent the cops from bashing us around.

you have to get as many of the cops as possible to march/stand WITH you.

@Majoofi "as many of the cops as possible to march/stand WITH you"
Right on. And there are quite a few who do stand with us, at least in spirit, while trying not to get into trouble with their superiors. Hopefully, as more and more people wake up, it will become more politically acceptable for cops and other public servants to stand for what's right.
