A scene from the short film "Returning" in various stages of the sound editing process so you can see how it works.
I include the original on-set audio which you can hear with all of its problems with wind noise, generator noise, bad mic placement and everything else.
Virtually everything you hear in the final mix other than the actors voices was created by me, including all of the background noises, the wind rushing through the trees, the feet shuffling around to get a relatively clean mix despite all of the problems with the original audio.
Nothing kills a good film like bad sound!
how u clean up the audio? what software do u used?
