my parents are mexican.. i grew up in a mexican community.. i embrace and love my mexican heritage and i speak fluenty spanish.... but guess what ? I am 100% American <3 ! :)

Yeah, tyra doesnt say much to defend other races...she mostly does it with black. Like in the other case, she asked the audience if there was anybody who was mexican, to say something. And just kinda nodded about what they had to say.

Does Trya realize she sounds like an idiot asking Roderick "What nationality are you?"If he's born in America he's obviously American. This is the problem with American's..they confuse ETHNIITY and NATIONALITY and make such a huge point of what they are and what other people aren't. Why can't everyone just appreciate and feel connected at being all American.

My daughter is going to be mixed with black & white & i''m going to teach her to be proud of both sides of her cultures. Two beautiful cultures coming together is an amazing thing. I want her to be proud of both parts of her.
