@NeLoUYA Compared to other retail chains, Wal-Mart actually does a pretty good job. My best friend and his wife both work at Wal-Mart because it offers higher pay and more benefits than any other job available to them right now.

Policies are the main reason people lose jobs to control payroll and benefits. Who is to blame? Elected officials who pass them. From Lawrence O'Donnell, I heard Walmart is a part of the American Legislative Exchange Council, that helps write legislation to favor business and owners. Why allow unanswered accusations without reply even if it is in their stores? Could they disprove what your express here in a court of law? Buy "Made in America", work for them, then observe what is said and done!!

why would anyone make a living working at wal mart! seriously get a better job if you have children and stop blaming wal mart for financial problems.

People don't realize that the wal-mart corporation is descriminative against it's employees. There was a law suite againsn't wal-mart for descriminating there female employees past and present but It's an old case.

Dude i am totally jealous i could make a buisness that makes way to much money and screws there employees, but idk i just made this for my class last year i still shop there

Well the reason you should pay more somewhere else is pretty well described in the video i do believe. The products you may buy there may seem equal in quality, such as the televisions, you can buy a 32 inch LCD for $498 and you can buy what seems to be the same TV at best buy for $658, The better buy is the one from best buy because it is a much better buy because it is much higher quality and will not break. But i myself also shop and buy things at walmart as well. Walmart = Poor Economy
