I tore my pec a few years ago, and it was only a partial tear which didn't require surgery so it was nowhere as severe as Cena's. I remember how much my injury hurt. Cena deserves real credit for being able to suck up the pain and finish his match and still sell all that he did. What a professional and what a big heart this guy has!

@MrCrakaJack when austin brooke his neck it was real, when cena had perctoral muscle injury it was real, wrestling is not fake its scripted.
