Aide et Action International gave iLEAD awards 2012 to over 80 inspiring individuals from across India, Nepal and Sri Lanka who have contributed immensely in the livelihood sector. These were the students, faculties and centre Incharge o f the livelihood training cell called Initiative for Livelihood Education and Development (iLEAD). iLEAD aims at building capacities of youth between 18- 30 year olds from the marginalized sections of the society, and enhances them with market oriented employability and entrepreneurship skills, develops their perspective for greater commitment towards the larger society.
