YES, 2 remove beats or vocals frm a song. load it in step sequencer as a sample-->bring up the MIXER after asigning the FX insert number for da channel when u R/click on it.
at the MIXER u add 'PARAMETRIC EQ2' to the sample insert. use LOW PASS/HIGH PASS types.
R/click on da PEQ2's 7 Band# u want,choose high pass or low pass'type'.
u will only hear a kick/bass or vocals/ higher sounds of da track.
return to Step Sequencer and save the sample as a channel preset :)

You can use the Elastique timestretcher inside of FL Studio Producer to match song beats.
