Cops shouldn't have the right to go around electricuting people.

A person can build a device similar to riot control pain weapon using microwave parts. It can be enhanced to get range but it does more then just burn skin it will disable all electronics which means if aimed at the police cars will disable the electronic brain shutting down the engine, disable the radios & computers & even their own electronic weapons (tazors), cell phones etc
