Colbert uses a strawman fallacy when he states that the congressman wants Saddam back in power. He then uses an ad hominem when he tells the congressman that staying the course did not "sink in."

  • @bagOprions as i stated before in my other clip, it was an example for my logic class. It's not meant to be true in retrospect.
