BASBASBAS!! So happy you're back! X-D With your genius editing skills. Why does this video not have like a million views yet? It was perfect! Well structured, attention getting, and sooooo helpful! Not to mention I could listen to you all day long with that calming voice. All I could think during this video was "He needs to do this professionally, I don't know what 'this' is, but he needs to be doing it" if that made any sense. So happy to see you, so don't leave again.

Amazing video! Great way of describing the five stages, I guess it is easier if you experienced them yourself. Thank you for the links and keep up the great work!

WOW, this was one of the BEST videos I have seen in a long time. In fact, it may have been one of the best I have seen on YouTube ever! It's so well thought out, so planned, I can tell the hard work and love that went into it. It makes sense and fills the watcher with HOPE. You are quite amazing, Bas. :)

I recently stumbled across your videos and have been watching your BDP videos, and i would just like to say thank you. I am also diagnosed with it but for the first time i dont feel alone, although i know you might not have the same symptoms as me, i feel like you understand and have insight to what i feel. Thank you for making me feel like im not the only one going through this, you have no idea how much it means to me

bas, I love what you have learned. Is this new info that you just started? or is taken from all your experiences from life in general? I found it extreamly insightful and definately a plan that can be put into action every day.
I have 2 lists that I use whem I'm stuck first is: "is this working for me" and "whats not working for me" I can get caught up in negative, repetitive behavious. when I write it down I really think about it instead of blindly acting on it.
Great video!!

@startingoutbackwards Thanks!
I made a crisis plan myself a few years ago. It helped me to see where i stood since it can change on a daily basis for someone with BPD. Now, i don't need it anymore. I am doing well :)
