Freedom yes but then someone wants to imply "this is as far as freedom goes." Kilt styles only is a limitation to freedom. I think tartan is superb but don't avoid the word skirt with evasive terms like "non-bifurcated." Skirt is human--not female. Ask any petticoat wearing Greek. Greek--my choice--not kilts. As long as a man doesn't wear a bra he isn't dressed like a woman. Other restrictions are made-up only. Wear Moi in England offers tutus for men. Still men NOT female impersonators

Kilts rule. My man has a solid black one that he has yet to get used to. I'm trying to encourage him to wear his more frequently so he'll become accustomed to it.

It's the first time on "casual Friday" that I'm wearing my black Utilikilt to work. I've worn it in public several times... but never to work until today! It's a hit!
