Is this a worthwhile training tool? My Dad has a field at the back of his house, hes always been big into windsurfing but doesn't go as much as he would like as its a 30min drive, this may give him more play / practice time?

if you want to learn the moves quickly .....you have to do it on land. as we did with the fixed wheeled .
You get incredible rig handling very quickly that makes it easyer when you hit the water. Love the 360 degree wheels

much better on water, its more stabel on land but if u use a big board on water its just the same

i dispair of doing freestyle on water maybe it works on land :D
