@Mischa190110 Well, I know sammies are never going to be labs in the water, but we've had a few that did like the ocean -- shallow of course. This one we're training to be comfortable with a life vest so when we take her boating this summer it feels "normal" -- but I wouldn't count on it or her to get her across a lake :-)

Very cute, is it true that Sammy's don't naturally swim very well due to their huge double coat acting as a massive sponge?
