Its so obscure Chuck probably thought it was not worth pursuing the matter! Everyone ripped off Chuck. Compare Chcuk's "Sweet Little 16" with the Beach Boys' "Surfin' USA".

@stomuyamashta there had to be some agreement reached either before hand or after with Chuck Berry or his publishing company. This makes "My Sweet Lord" and "He's So Fine" look like frivolis law suit. There is no way this would be over looked. Many times agreements are reached that the public never hears about
