hey, most of those werent writers but street artists, everyone has different defenitions for the word graffiti, for me, graffiti is outlines, pieces throwies tags, the whole game. I dont put street art and paintings into that category, even tho most of the general population think of street art when it comes to graffiti.

I checked out all your list and i had actually seen space invader and Mr Cat while i was over there. L'atlas is impressive, hes a pure writer.

1st I wonder, have you ever been to Paris ?

2nd Do you know any French street artists ?

3rd, I am not saying Paris is the best place for graffiti (I think Barcelona & Melbourne are really good for example) but still you gotta admit that there lots of good french street artists (not all of them are from Paris, but obviously they also "invaded" Paris.

Besides I think lots of them made have interesting work, pretty original and sometimes even poetic here's a list to name a few

you know, i actually agree with you. It is a lot of just the same old same. I would love to go to Melbourne, have heard good things about that graffiti scene.
