  • This video is about 1 year old. This was right when I got my white DC Power 270SP alternator and test idle and 2000engine rpm voltages against each other on a tone and music.

A few months later I was much happier with the DC Power 270SP, and DC Power as a whole, so I sold the white 270sp and got some 270XPs a little before spring and am now running 3 alts, with 7 runs of total front to back in 1/0 and 3/0welding cable. Then also have an additional 3 runs of 1/0 ground front to back..

  • very nice! Im not sure how old this set up is but Have you ran a second 1/0 and secondary ground to support your current draw?

  • @MakeLuvNotKids

Check out some of my newer videos of the truck.

Had 2 sundown SAZ-4500s @ .5ohms each powering a pair of AA Mayhems, doing mid to high 153s legal at 34-35hz.

  • was that an rpm adjuster you had. How did you do that?

  • yea, i turn the knob until I reach my desired rpm and the cable that is connected to my throttle body holds it there. Works great for BassRace since your only allowed 2000rpms, and can be disqualified for "over reving" past 2000rpm.

  • Not trying to be a hater or anything, but what the appeal on very loud bass when you can't hear the music anymore and all you can feel and hear is rumbling? Wouldn't it be cheaper to just get stiffer motor mounts and get the same effect?

  • @blackbamabound Secondly "rap" didn't really take hold here until Rappers Delight, but "during the seventies and eighties, there was a myth among people that, rap music was for the blacks. Bob Dylan's, 'Subterranean Homesick Blues' (1965)". Trust me, hippies were using music to wage political war long before "rap" was mainstream. Music as a whole is just a form of expression, it knows no race. Spouting such non-sense shows your ignorance and basically labeled yourself as the stereotypical.

  • @blackbamabound your "people" have a music? Funny, I thought rap was just heavy beats laced with rhymes. Kinda like musical poetry (which nothing much is poetic in todays, drugs, money and ho's type), which did many Africans that came over even know english? It would be the same as if I tried to go write African poetry or music knowing nothing of the language. Also, Native Americans were banging the drum to tell stories too, long before any "white" man.

  • @blackbamabound, First off grow the fuck up, the "your mom" jokes are so juvenile, and your comment wreaks of black pride. The last comment was ingorant, period. This is a video about an alternator, voltage drop with a nasty setup pulling the voltage down. Not race wars or anything of the like. GTFO if you can't make comments pertaining to the video, asshole. 'Nuff said.

  • @Monkeypumper420

No ignorance here monkey...The song is obviously rap music, which is obviously of the Black race, which is obviously being played by a white person. 'Nuff said. You can suck a pair of my monkey balls. What a douche to tell me to GTFO...That's what I tell you mom on a Friday night.

  • @audiofanaticz, DC power probably make the best that's out there. If I ever burn out my alt now, that's where I'm going. Funny I se this comment after talking alternators on Steve Meades page. Lol!

  • @blackbamabound, GTFO with that shit.... Your ignorent for making such a comment. Go pride yourself elsewhere, this aint the place for that undiluted noise.
