A tribute to the expert arranger-composer Chappie Willet, made possible by the hip musicologist John Wriggle -- recorded on March 25, 2009, Vince Giordano and the Augmented Nighthawks play Willet's arrangement of that old college classic and later Dixieland favorite "Washington and lee Swing," originally recorded by Louis Armstrong in 1937.
