no offense to Dan Ackroyd and John Belushi, but, to me, THESE are the REAL Blues Brothers! i caught their show at Rockford Music at the Park a couple summers ago and they flat TORE THE PLACE UP before they BURNED IT DOWN! after that i went and rented the original movie, & sorry, but i thought THESE GUYS were better! and i'd put their female vocalist against anybody out there! she's THAT good! blew me away! would go to see her by herself, she's so great! nope, the Late Nite's are MY Blues Bros.!

Actually,the organ sounds quite good for it not to be a Hammond. Nord,Korg,Roland,and Kurweil make some of the best portable organ sounds available. Some people stop carry Hammonds because they were just too heavey. Now they are justt too expensive.

The HAMMOND organ sound is not goof because i't's a clone, not a real Hammond like every time on concerts. A damage, the heart of the Blues Brothers sound is the famous Hammond with great Leon Pendarvis organ player

Unfortunately it's not really practical to haul a B3 and leslie around for gigs. The Nord Electro is one of the best at emulating that sound. Also Paul Schaffer played the organ on all the original Blues Brothers recordings (the only ones that matter).
