  • Look at those bars haha, there are none

  • My place is a black hole... my iPhone had no reception, my old Verizon enV had none, and now sprint has none.

  • is there a lot of apps in the app store

  • No, its pretty bare bones. Palm just recently made SDK and open source though, so it will take some time. There are plenty of home brew apps out there, but I cannot tell you how to do that, you will have to use google ;)

  • can you do a review on the facebook app?

  • Sorry, I don't know exactly how to do this without blurring out everything on the screen during the review... there is too much personal info.

I will say this: The Facebook application is ok, but only lets you do updates. You are better off using the link that comes with the Pre and use the mobile version as it will let you do everything, and it works very well.

  • @JkaliJ well dump the crappy pre grab a nexus one and hop on t mobile :D

  • You do realize turning off that privacy thing you put over Kim's contact details can easily be removed?

    I think I'll give Kim a call, j/k

  • Ehh figures, thanks for the info!

  • No, unfortunately you cannot. The networks use two different technologies. AT&T uses GSM (which has your SIM cards), Sprint/Verizon uses CDMA which do not have SIM cards. There is no way to use a CDMA phone on a GSM network unless its specifically built for that purpose.

There are rumors that there is a Pre GSM phone out there, but I don't know anything about it.

  • I have a samsung eternity "don't like it at all", obviously have at&t.

I really like this phone, from what I have seen so far. Anyways could I purchase this phone off of ebay or what ever, and get it unlocked so I can use it on at&t? I was looking at the Pixi as well, but it seems to be slower and just less responsive compared to the Pre.

Please let me know between the Pre v Pixi, also if I can use it on AT&T.

    Thank you!
